ELSA UK is a non-political and non-profit organisation which strives to inspire and connect law students through social, academic, and professional opportunities.
We are currently comprised of 18 different Local Groups making us the UK's largest intercollegiate law society.
ELSA UK shares the purpose, vision, and fundamental principles of our parent organisation: ELSA.
We are growing rapidly as a network and continually offer new events and programmes on the local, national and international levels.

Our Patron
Brenda Marjorie Hale, Lady Hale of Richmond took up appointment as President of The Supreme Court in September 2017, succeeding Lord Neuberger of Abbotsbury. This following her appointment as Deputy President from June 2013. In October 2009 she became the first woman Justice of The Supreme Court.
